We're writing to let you know about updates to Patreon's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, effective July 27, 2026.
You don't need to take any action, but if you'd like to adjust your settings, you can do so at any time.
Terms and policy updates:
- Updates for exciting Patreon product additions: Our terms and policies now reflect recent launches, including Gifting, Discounts, Live Video, Ticketed Lives, Selling Posts & Collections, Creator-to-Creator Recommendations, Enhanced Podcast Tooling, and more.
- Improved clarity: We've made it easier for you to understand what to expect as you use Patreon's products and services.
- New contracting entities for purchases: If you reside in the United Kingdom, you will also contract with Patreon DLC Limited. If you reside outside the United States, but not in the United Kingdom, you will also contract with Patreon Ireland Limited, including its branch Patreon Ireland Limited - Sucursal em Portugal.
- Additional new privacy controls: New settings give you more control over what's shared when you join a membership (learn more) and what happens when creators bring your information to Patreon (learn more).
