Updates to our policies

We're making some changes to our policies, including our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, that may apply to you.   You can review the new terms by clicking through each link. We recommend reading through the policies for yourself, but here's a summary: As a result of changes to the Privacy Shield Framework, we are updating how data is shared with vendors and service providers to ensure your privacy is protected using Standard Contractual Clauses. We are updating our dispute resolution clause so you are not required to use arbitration for disputes with Patreon. We are updating some of our definitions to clarify Patreon's compliance obligations. We are updating our benefits guidelines for merchandise.   As with any change at Patreon, we have a creator focused process.
